Description
Discover the beautiful art of Indian block printing in this introductory workshop. You will create a unique design on a tote bag or cotton make-up/travel bag.
The block printing process will be explained step by step throughout the workshop. Time will be provided to practise before your chosen item is designed. Guidance on colours, patterns and layouts will be available throughout, helping ensure you leave with a piece you’ll love.
A selection of traditional wooden printing blocks will be available, along with a range of beautiful fabric paint colours.
No artistic experience is required. Simply come along, relax, and enjoy learning a new creative skill.

Dress for mess – you are using paint, though aprons will be provided too.
Our classes are held in our small workshop space at the back of the shop.
We will have no more than 6 customers per class.
If you cannot make the class once you have booked, we will do everything we can to move you to another class but this may not be possible. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to offer any exchange unless we manage to fill the space. We will treat you with respect in this situation, and expect to be treated with respect in return.
