We are so excited to have developed this Cotton fabric T-shirt style top for our Intermediate Sewing Machine class.
If you already have some experience using a sewing machine and are looking to expend your skill set, this is the class for you.
We will work together to create your top, using an existing garment as a pattern. We’ll consider some basic fitting protocol and cutting techniques. You’ll learn to make bias binding from scratch, using it to finish the raw edges on your top. You’ll also get the chance to experience using an over locker to finish your inner seams.
Bring your own fabric, or purchase 1.5m from Bunyip’s tempting range of quality cottons, with a discount for workshop attendees.
Our classes are held in our small workshop space at the back of the shop. We will have no more than 4 customers per class.
If you cannot make the class once you have booked, we will do everything we can to move you to another class but this may not always be possible. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to offer any exchange unless we manage to fill the space. We will treat you with respect in this situation, and expect to be treated with respect in return.
